Our cars are fully insured, and we provide 24/7 roadside assistance. If you encounter any issues with your vehicle, simply contact us, and we will assist you promptly. We also provide replacement car when needed.
In case of cancellation, in genuine situations, your reservation fee is refunded fully.
Smoking in a vehicle carrying passengers is prohibited under the Public Health (Restrictions on Tobacco Products) Regulations 2022. This means you cannot smoke while driving or traveling in a vehicle that has passengers, regardless of whether it’s a private vehicle or a public conveyance.
Kindly take care of our cars and keep the interior as clean as possible. A cleaning fee may apply if the car is returned very untidy. Of course sandy toes are allowed.
