Trasmer Boating born from passion and savoir-faire from a devoted grand-father Mr. Cyril Clair, affectionately known as Dada, began with a single boat offering island tours. Then the uncle Mr. Dervilson Clair, and today, Mr. Charly Emilien, the grandson continued the legacy of Trasmer Boating. Overtime with Charly and the team, Transmer has grown into a known name in Rodrigues for its island excursions and authentic local grilled cuisine.

Yes, we prefer to work only under reservation. Reserve a day before, or early morning between 8.00am to 9.00am. However, you can try to come on our opening hours but we do not guaranteed the food as we only serve fresh seafood and plates.
We accept cash, immediate bank transfer and payment by juice.
We are specialized in grilled lobsters, grilled seafood and local food like corn, red beans, salad, octopus curry. We offer several platters you can choose from.
We serve locally-made drinks such as lime juice, passion fruit juice, tamarind juice, and even alcoholic punch.
Sure, we can accommodate up to 30 seats, depending on availability.
Yes, we offer island tours to Île aux Chats and Île Hermitage, along with snorkeling and fishing activities. You can also choose to enjoy a grilled meal on the islets during your activities or dine afterward at our beachfront area.
